HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits

This is a varied role that suits you who appreciate both long-term strategic tasks in combination with operational tasks. In this new role, you will be part of the Group HR, Communication, Sustainability & Quality team and will have the opportunity to work with a mixture of strategy, process management and improvements as well as operational responsibilities within the C&B area.
Among other things you work with analysis and reporting on the global workforce related to for instance diversity & inclusion, skills & competencies, and our salary structure and give recommendations on compensation and benefits-related subjects. You will drive international annual salary reviews, manage our bonus process/routines, be the benefits and pension expert, manage C&B and related areas supplier agreements, collaboration with external suppliers, as well as provide training and advice to HR, managers and employees in your areas of responsibility.

Bas Teepe - CHRO & Head of Communications, Sustainability and Quality
About the role
This is an engaging and versatile role where you take responsibility for preparing strategic plans and then implementing them. We have recently implemented a new organizational structure and the role of HR Manager - C&B is new, which gives you the opportunity to be involved and be able to influence the scope of the role.
You will be responsible to plan, conduct and continuously improve global Compensation & Benefits and HR processes/routines in order to secure robust and efficient working processes. You will be responsible for our global HR system, (currently Sage People) and the roll out of new processes and system features. You will be the manager of a small and capable team (2 fte), which is responsible for HR administration and payroll administration for Sweden.
You will work closely with the rest of the global HR-team as well as with managers across the organization and you will be part of company integration projects, connected to acquisitions.
The position reports to the CHRO & Head of Communications, Sustainability & Quality and is based in Göteborg (Högsbo).
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labor legislation and be familiar with organizational psychology and employee engagement.
