Our office is located in Gårda, Gothenburg and where we are around 15 employees working in different departments, such as operations and planning, account manager etc. At this office we specialize in liquid and dry bulk transportation through Europe and global destinations.

Job description

As a sales account manager, you will perform market research for the dry bulk segment and develop new business leads across potential client or partner. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact. From the moment the customer is sending a transport request you take responsibility for the acceptance and execution of the orders, including necessary administration from order to invoice. Furthermore, you will track and execute financial and operational analyses to continuously improve sales target to align with the company's objectives.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced sales account manager to support clients and manage sales activities. As the main contact person for your customers, you have to be an excellent communicator and eager to understand all aspects of the business and being able to present the best solution for the customer. You should have a basic knowledge of CRM software for example Salesforce. The position requires that you are willing to travel.

Furthermore you:
  • Like to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Like to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Are able to negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Have basic knowledge about the intermodal logistic system
  • Can communicate well in English and Swedish
