Are you a datadriven, communicative projectleader with skills in marketing automation? Then youre probably the one we are looking for!

In the role as Customer engagement lead you are responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers - parents and their children. Your purpose is to give them a positive and valuable experience of Albert by helping them to use the full value of Albert's products and services to retain them as long as possible. You will also manage and operate our marketing automation platform Braze and support all communication activities across the customer journey.

You will be part of building up this area from its current state and is expected to both work strategically and operationally.

You are responsible for building a community of our customers, interacting with them, engaging them in our products, and addressing their concerns. From an internal perspective, you also coordinate the work of other employees interacting with the customers. You plan and execute communication with subscribers across all our communication channels email, social media, in-app push notifications and web.

A day in the shoes as a Customer engagement lead:
  • Understand our customers and their needs by using input from the Insights and Customer support teams and translate these needs into recommendations for products, services and features that suit their interests
  • Lead the Engage initiative team and work with team members and other teams to generate engagement ideas in the company; in particular for our communication channels (e.g. in app, parent portal, social media pages, newsletters), but also non-communication ideas. Collaborate with different teams and actively drive the realizing of engagement ideas , including development and communication.
  • Collaborate with the Customer support team to build and manage a Community of our customers where we proactively engage with them instead of reactively respond to their questions
  • Be responsible for engagement communication development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Work with management to define KPIs (e.g. customer activity, retention, churn), create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Manage and operate the company's marketing automation platform Braze and fully leveraging its capabilities. Maintain Marketing Automation integration with other systems and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion and retention rates, programs/campaign ROI, and customer lifetime value
  • Fluent in english, both written and spoken
  • Analytical and data driven:
  • You have a natural aptitude for data and analysis and can easily connect it to different flows in the customer experience
  • You move easily between different tools and systems
So who are we looking for?

We see that you have experience from marketing automation in some type of communication tool, you have experience from digital customer care in some form.

We also see a big plus if you are a natural leader! A business mindset and communicative skills is something we highly value for this role.
