About the position
You will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Business Unit as Procurement Services team member with the mission to provide support to the Business Sourcing Team as well as to the stakeholders regarding sourcing related issues. Also ensure adherence to Sourcing and GBS processes and guidelines working with e-procurement systems. This is a global role in a global leading company and the location for this position is based in the office in Gothenburg.

Daily tasks and responsibilities: o Support the Stakeholders at the Business sites in the creation of requisitions and in the use of Ariba, the ERP system for Indirect spend o To maintain the purchasing process for Indirect materials and service business needs such as IT services, licenses, HR and Marketing services in a timely and efficient manner o Work in issue handling system, to dispatch, track and report on end user issues in the P2O process, and to Secure input from other departments / stakeholders for accurate and timely resolution of issues o To act as Data Steward, collecting "meta data" for suppliers in support of registering/updating suppliers in the ERP systems. o Monitor interfaces and requisition flow, correct potential errors and follow up on overdue orders, process and expedite as necessary o Maintain Ariba system in terms of vendor enablement, contract and catalogue management o Contribute to process improvement projects and give input to central led projects o Support the implementation of Ariba in all Business site roll outs when required o Act as Interface with Global and Operational Sourcing and GBS Finance to secure timely resolution of goods receipt, invoicing, and other issues as needed o Develop and provide new user and refresher training on the Ariba tool and the Group Indirect Sourcing Process.


o Experience in purchasing with sourcing competencies or transferable knowledge o You either have a graduate diploma in Economics or Business Studies with specialization in Purchasing & Supply or other relevant training qualifications suitable for this role o Service minded and willing to go the extra mile for your stakeholders o You are communicative and an excellent networker as you will need to cope with a large number of contacts both internally and externally. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, with a desire of other language skills (Spanish, Italian, German, French) o Have Ariba knowledge and advanced MS Office skills. It is an advantage if you have good skills in Excel and SAP background o Knowledge of the end-to-end Sourcing Process including Accounts Payable o Willingness to learn, practice new tools and being able to deal with changing environments (e-procurement, e-auctions) o Structured way of working and professional business manner

About the position
The assignment is a concultancy position with employment at Adecco. Start will be as soon as possible after agreement and initially last for 6 months.
