ABOUT THE POSITION:
Friday are now on behalf of our client looking for a Service Leader within the Telephony Area. In this position you'll get the opportunity to develop within Service Management in a multicultural environment by maintaining, developing and implementing Telephony services. As a Service Leader your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the services and the stakeholders that our client work with.
You'll be a part of negotiation processes as well as the ongoing evaluation of suppliers. As a Service Leader, you will also get the opportunity to work strategically with budgets, contracts and define KPIs for the team. Furthermore, the position includes defining and analyzing the lifecycle of product which requires a big technical interest and curiosity for new technologies as well as an eagerness to always find new ways of working.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2-5 years of experience within service delivery management.
- Experience working with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Knowledge within telephony area, preferably within IP Telephony and Contact Center Service.
- Knowledge within ITIL and SIAM.
- Strong technical interest.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, since it's used in the daily work.
- Are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
