This fast-growing team consists of seniors with a vast experience and young eager potentials that are in a steep learning curve. Whilst we deliver order projects of various complexity to customers all over the world we learn and adapt to new technology. As their leader you need to keep track on the short-term goals to develop capacity to long term manage the ramp up we are in. An increase of technically complicated projects demand that we as colleagues learn from each other.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain the knowledge within the group - challenge and support individuals for their own development.
• Work strategically with guidelines for the group as well as an overview for the business.
• Be part of the Electrical Systems management team to ensure that the entire department work as one unit.
• Work together with the Development and Standard department to support future technical changes.
• Turn ideas about technical solutions and process improvements into practical action.

What You Bring

• Knowledge and experience regarding how to support individual as well as team growth.
• Management experience as well as strong leadership skills
• Driven by technical development and implementation of ideas in the technical area and in the engineering tools.
• You’re interested in development of collaboration other discipline and co-operation with focus on continuous progress regarding way of working.
• An open mind and see possibilities were others see problems.
• You are able to manage and enjoy variation in workload both for yourself and your team.

About the Team

You will lead a group of electrical system engineers responsible for order engineering of control equipment. We solve the team’s challenges together, “all for one and one for all”. We are developing our way of working with colleagues around the world.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
