Responsibilities
As a Project Quality Manager, you will be assigned to relevant projects to support the Project Manager in the effective planning, implementation, and control of project-specific quality control actions. Your primary focus will be to ensure all quality-related requirements are adequately reflected in proposals and monitored throughout the project phase.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Analyzing non-conformities and implementing lessons learned.
- Coordinating and monitoring quality assurance and control activities.
- Determining quality requirements from customer contracts.
- Developing and implementing a quality control plan.
- Ensuring quality reporting and managing project-specific supplies.
- Reflecting quality requirements in proposals and bids.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering and working experience.
- Previous experience in Quality.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish language is of significant advantage.
- Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
- Knowledge of an additional language like French, Spanish, and/or German is an advantage.
- Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality.
- Strong team player with good communication, problem solving, creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness for domestic and international travel is required.
