About the job

To our team in Danderyd, Stockholm, we are now looking for a HR Generalist to strengthen the HR support in the Swedish organization. You will work independently and report directly to the CEO temporarily (HR manager on parental leave) The plan is to further grow the HR team during the coming two years.

Your main areas and responsibilities

Onboarding/Offboarding employees in our HR systems, and continuous responsibility of keeping employee data correct & updated
  • Onboarding/offboarding admin and planning
  • Monthly reporting of FTEs and HC to Corporate HR and Finance
  • Coordinate payroll with our payroll agency
  • Collecting, measuring, and analyzing HR metrics and KPI´s
  • Providing an effective support service to employees and managers that covers absence, vacation and sick pay, people policies and guidelines, benefits, and other employee related matters.
  • Responsible for internal employee relationships and organize different activities such as Christmas party, summer party, to improve the work environment,
  • Supporting in Recruitment
Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 2-3 years years´ experience within HR, preferably in a payroll or HR generalist role.
  • Native speaker of Swedish, fluent in English
  • Master Swedish labor law, collective agreements and GDPR requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work Experience from an international company is an advantage
