Work description
There is aproximatelly 25 days of overnight travel annually in the role, but more out and returns. The position has a company car included.

Work description
- Lead and coordinate installations of fleet management solutions.
- Act as first line business- and administrative support for our customers.
- Interact with colleagues at our headquarter in Hamburg.
- Plan and conduct trainings for customers, sales teams and our service engineers.
- You will be part of a customer focused team of colleagues, who actively work with our bigger customers to optimize their fleet and bring down their overall costs.
- You have experience working in implementation projects for digital solutions or Technical Products with proven results
- You should be self-motivated, self-managed and driven with good interpersonal skills
- You have a vast experience of customer relations and understand the importance of excellent customer service
- You are digitally native and have analytical- and problem solving skills
- You have completed high school education and higher education is meritourious
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English
