Fleet Management Coordinator

Work description
  • Lead and coordinate installations of fleet management solutions.
  • Act as first line business- and administrative support for our customers.
  • Interact with colleagues at our headquarter in Hamburg.
  • Plan and conduct trainings for customers, sales teams and our service engineers.
  • You will be part of a customer focused team of colleagues, who actively work with our bigger customers to optimize their fleet and bring down their overall costs.
What are we looking for?
  • You have experience working in implementation projects for digital solutions or Technical Products with proven results
  • You should be self-motivated, self-managed and driven with good interpersonal skills
  • You have a vast experience of customer relations and understand the importance of excellent customer service
  • You are digitally native and have analytical- and problem solving skills
  • You have completed high school education and higher education is meritourious
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English
Travel in the role

There is aproximatelly 25 days of overnight travel annually in the role, but more out and returns. The position has a company car included.
