Purpose
Centiro is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (SAM) to operate within our Global Sales unit. The SAM will be responsible for identifying customer success area's and developing revenue opportunities within the Centiro existing account portfolio. Focus will be on 4 key areas:

1. Identify - research existing accounts and key contacts

2. Provoke - develop and utilize messaging that is both provocative and relevant to customer

3. Nurture - prospect and educate across multiple contacts and levels in the customer organization

4. Engage - align with customer objectives and acknowledgement to a sequence of next steps with Centiro.

Preferably the SAM has large enterprise B2B Account Strategic selling- and Project Management experience, with a concentration in supply chain, global trade, and logistics management software and/or technology services. We look for a team player that is able to park her/his "ego," and has a can-do attitude.

What you will do
  • Position value propositions and demonstrate product knowledge through client sales presentations
  • Identify, develop opportunities within named account portfolio (Pipeline to quota)
  • Complete and submit projections, objectives/goals and sales reports by assigned deadlines
  • Respond to customer's requests/needs
  • Research named account list to identify prospective new growth targets resulting in and maintaining an active prospect list
  • Determine client needs through consultative approach and accurately recommend and propose the most appropriate competency assessment solution
  • Maintain accurate client records in Sales-force through completing daily activities, creating and maintaining sales opportunities and providing detailed notes
  • Plan and execute presentations and client visits as needed.
  • Attend and represent Centiro at networking events and conferences where appropriate
  • Maintain current data and activities in Sales-force completely and accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products
Who you are
  • Cross-Functional experience in one or more of our main target industries (E-Commerce, Retail, Transportation and Manufacturing)
  • International experience
  • Line, staff, and field sales experience
  • Relationship building (internal and external)
  • Domain knowledge in supply chain, global trade, and logistics management technologies
  • Experience positioning/selling cloud-based enterprise technology is preferred
  • Preferably proven annual sales quote attainment, and over-achievement, track record
  • Passion for new business development-demand creation skills are critical
  • Understanding and experience with competitive supply chain solutions are preferred
  • High comfort level, situational fluency, and senior presence with senior customer executives across procurement, logistics, IT, materials, and finance
  • Bachelor's degree minimum - post-graduate degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
  • Highly motivated, independent, exuding a high sense of urgency at all times
  • Regular travel
  • Excellent skills in English, verbal and written. Other languages, such as German, is meritorious
