R&D Technician for internal doors

 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Technician specializing in internal doors to join our dynamic team. As an R&D Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of innovative internal door solutions. Your main focus will be on ensuring project milestones are achieved, maintaining compliance with current legislation, managing project costs, and facilitating effective communication with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:



•Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to project milestones, contributing to the achievement of efficient time-to-market goals.
•Ensure compliance of internal door solutions with current legislation and industry standards.
•Manage product and project costs to align with the project plan and budget.
•Facilitate transparent and effective communication with key stakeholders within the organization, including cross-functional teams, managers, and executives.
•Utilize CAD software (Solidworks preferred) proficiently to design and develop internal door solutions

 

 



Required profile:


Requirements:



•Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.
•In-depth knowledge and understanding of internal doors and related industry practices.
•Familiarity with current legislation and compliance requirements for internal doors.
•Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project costs effectively.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information to stakeholders at all levels.
•Proficiency in CAD software, with Solidworks experience preferred.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality results
•English fluent in writing & oral
•Bachelors degree within mechanical engineering, product design or similar
