This is a unique opportunity for you to join our Northern Europe HR team in a key role as HR Generalist in JELD-WEN Sweden, where you will support the data quality and process optimisation for our 3 sites in Åstorp, Forserum and Huskvarna.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has strong data management and process implementation skills as well as excellent people skills. You will love supporting a wide range of stakeholders, providing solutions to their everyday challenges and driving value-add process improvements to simplify our ways of working. We expect you to thrive in an engaging and empowering environment with the ability to support and challenge the development of managers and employees at all levels.
