Main tasks and responsibilities
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of the Business systems activities for Support and Change Management of our finance systems in the Northern Europe region. This includes all the finance systems as well as the many integrations to other systems playing a key role to the success of our local finance team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to/ act as:
  • Superuser and general user support regarding the business systems (AX3, AX2012, Basware and XAL)
  • Contribute with new perspectives on the system's possibilities
  • Support the business in terms of opportunities and functionality for statistics and report generation
  • Act as the link between Finance and IT regarding system changes (design specifications) and as a link between external consultants and users
  • User account administration
  • Participate in different Finance and IT related projects
  • Execution of IT-controls for relevant system
The position is full time and based in Åstorp. You report to our Head of Business Systems, Northern Europe (based in Denmark). The position involves some travel (app. 10%) within Northern Europe.

Background and personal qualities
You have an adequate education (B.Sc. Informatics, B.Sc. Business Administration, KY education or equivalent). It is possible to be newly graduated. If you don´t have a postgraduate education you need to have recent work experience as a Business Analyst, BI Consultant, ERP Consultant, ERP Administrator or IT Controller. You speak and write Swedish unhindered and have very good knowledge in English. It is an advantage if you have basic knowledge regarding business processes within a finance department.

Your priority is to understand and meet the system needs in the finance department. It is key you are close to the business. You are open minded, service minded, solution oriented and at the same time improvement oriented. You also need to be structured and to have strong communication skills.

In the years to come we will replace our existing ERP system with SAP. This will be an excellent opportunity for our new Business Analyst to learn SAP as well.
