Job duties

As Strategic Product Manager within the Extraction and Filtration Technology division, your main responsibility is to lead the product's success in the market. To do that you evangelize the product internally and externally and define a product strategy that will achieve organisation sales and profit goals. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and marketing of high vacuum products throughout their life cycle; leading commercial launches, coordinating marketing projects and managing high level market pricing. You do market research and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs and goals of the market. Moreover, you collaborate cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and operations teams to deliver products that maintain a high standard of quality. You will also work with applications within a high vacuum system, which means that you can put together and understand a system and how the different components interact with each other.

* Identify key benefits, user selling points and customer values
* High vacuum products and application support

Education, experience and personal traits

* Post-secondary qualification deemed relevant to the position in question
* Several years of experience working in product management roles
* Experience in the manufacturing industry
* Previous experience in industrial air filtration, fans, HVAC
* Experience in high vacuum is extra meritorious
* Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are meritorious

It is therefore important that you function and collaborate well with others and genuinely want to contribute to a good working climate.
