Who You Are:

• An experienced leader & motivator who can foster professional growth & inspire the team to work smarter together to exceed targets.
• Has a charismatic & optimistic personality who loves to interact with our customers, finding the perfect solutions and values that correlates to their needs.
• A strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, technical & people management, preferably within the consulting market.
• Has a university bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field and a Swedish work permit, where experience from Medtech, Biotech, mechanical and electrical engineering design are meritorious.
• An excellent communicator who can align team efforts with our customer needs & our performance objectives.
