The role

As a Senior Sales Executive (SSE) you will sell solutions that are often complex, which are important to our customers for their efficiency, customer service and competitiveness.

The SSE will work within our sales organisation in Stockholm, is responsible for managing a number of named accounts as well as selling to and acquiring new customers for Red Ocean, within the Swedish market. Key aspects of the role will be to build strong relationships with both external partners and internal colleagues, to ensure an entire support ecosystem is built around the customer. In your role you will be supported by proven working methods and competent colleagues during the entire sales cycle.

Your profile - Skills

The right candidate possesses the ability to successfully win new customers as well as growing Red Ocean’s business with existing accounts. Preferably you have experience from selling solutions that are supporting customers operations, e.g. enterprise and business SW solutions combining products and services.

The right candidate will be able to develop a successful sales strategy by understanding the customers’ business, their initiatives, their issues and how our product relates to solving those issues. Importantly you have a high energy level, self-motivated, and with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.

Your capabilities
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, from IT Industry, of solution sales with complex solutions, long sales cycles, and a broad customer network
  • You are used to initiating initiatives to accelerate business such as; marketing-, sales- and partner activities
  • You strive to over achieve your goals and are used to making your own business plan with initiatives, goals and activities
  • Technical understanding or education
  • Fluent in Swedish and English - written and spoken
  • If you also have experience from Digital Performance solutions, or our targeted markets it is also merited
