In this position you will have the overall responsibility for the further expansion of our Swedish subsidiary. Based on a structured market analysis and your sales experience you derive a successful sales strategy for yoursefl and later for your developing team. You support the sales of our quality products with your technical knowledge and experience and your desire to support our costumers with the best solutions. Therefore Customer visits are on a regular basis.
You identify market trends and set future sales strategies. Besides you are in regular communication with the export department and the management of the headquarter in Germany, that will give you the needed support. You actively initiate marketing actions and implement them successfully.THE SKILLS
- Technical background
- Backround in fluid solutions or hydraulics
- Several years of sales experience in the B-to-B Market
- Excellent communication skills both internally and also to our customers combined with high customer orientation
- Strong communication skills in English
- Negotiation skills and a high degree of self-motivation
