SW is together with ASUS looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Back Office team. Your team will consist of 4 colleagues working together in assisting the different sales teams. This position is a maternity leave cover of 8 months.Role description:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Reporting: Administrating customer information in the BI-system. Extracting data to create weekly sales and inventory reports in Excel.
- Payments: Maintaining a smooth running process of each customer's finance with ASUS.
Such as managing and process all customer payments quickly and efficiently.
-Logistics: Manage customer orders and making sure they are delivered accordingly.
You will be responsible of collecting and uploading customer reports on time, on a weekly basis. Update internal sales report and assist Account Managers with customer claims. You will communicate with distributors and customers regarding payment.
In this role you will be managing a lot of social contacts, internal as well as external with distributors, customers and HQ in Taiwan.Experience and qualifications:
Degree preferably in business economics, previous work experience from an administrative function is an advantage. You have strong Excel skills as well as excellent communication skills (over the phone, mail and in person). You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
You are driven with the ability to work independently without constant direction. You have excellent ability to prioritize and coordinate your own work. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working together with others in a team.Important information
