We are responsible for the reception, administration, hosting and maintenance. Our primary goal is to deliver excellent service to our colleagues and external clients/customers. We are seeking a service minded person for a fixed term contract for almost a year with possibility to extension.
Your mission is to deliver excellent service at all times, meaning greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable, answer and forwarding phone calls, book and change meeting rooms and much more. People will come to you with all kinds of issues, both internal and external, and even though you might not always be the person to fix it you will definitely know who can. You will be the glue that keeps the Klarna engine running and people will look to you for answers.
You are an enthusiastic and happy individual who loves to interact with people. You are dependable and get a kick out of helping others. You also have the ability to light up a room and like it when things are nice and tidy. While your administrative skills are great and you appreciate creating order out of chaos, it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates. You do not find problems, you find solutions and you do so with a smile.
