At IMS Health we are looking to hire an outstanding Sales Specialist to lead the commercialization of our outsourcing services business. The individual will be responsible for managing two main area of our business.

Firstly, developing and selling our information offerings across the Nordics; IMS Health has over 60 years’ experience in gathering and analyzing sales data. We continue to enhance the offering - recently launching a new sell out solution in Finland. The individual will need to work with clients and internal teams to develop new offerings that provide insight to clients based on sales data.

Secondly, growing our outsourcing services business. Clients are increasingly looking for efficiencies as well as improved insights from the data they license. By outsourcing to IMS Health, clients can leverage the latest visualization tools, experienced BI professionals as well as combined data sets - providing insights to their decision makers rather than just data.

Based in Stockholm, the individual will report to the Sales Director, Nordics. He/she will be an integral part of the sales organization comprising Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists. The individual will need to work closely with Marketing and Client Service Teams as well as BI professionals based in Copenhagen. 1-2 days travel per week is expected.

We are looking for the following:
  • A University Degree potentially in IT
  • Significant experience of selling Outsourcing Services
  • 5-7 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferably including pharmaceutical sales data
  • Knowledge of technologies such as QlikView and Tableau
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
