Customer Service Support is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer's satisfaction. As an advisor you will give our customers excellent service by answering their questions and providing solutions over e-mail. You will also oversee our presence in social media and be involved in different projects regarding our routines and processes.
To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person who have a strong interest in communication. You enjoy investigating and solving complex customer errands and you always "walk the extra mile to do so. You have strong pedagogical skills and you thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. German is your native language and ideally you have additional language skills as well.
