As a Collection Agent, you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find the right solution together with the customer and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. You will talk a lot on the phone, and you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiatives. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in or have knowledge about the Finnish language.
To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person with a strong interest in communication, and you are secure in making the right decisions. Ideally you have experience in customer support, and you are required to have excellent Finnish spoken and written skills, as well as English fluency. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department.
