Academic Work is on behalf of our client Funnel looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will investigate leads and opportunities before you transmit them to an Account Executive. To be a successful SDR, you need to be accustomed to quick turns and have excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Depending on your sales experience, the SDR evolve into an Account Executive role within 6-18+ months.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Funnel is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Funnel.


As Funnel expand, an ever increasing number of potential customers express interest in Funnel. As a Funnel Inbound Sales Representative you are in the first line of fire. When they come to the Funnel website or ask questions in our live chat, you are their first point of contact. You understand their needs, and outline how Funnel can help them. Once the customer is qualified, you book a meeting with an Account Executive. We see you as a future Account Executive, and will work to develop your skills toward that end.

  • Have documented experience of working by phone
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Have interest in digital marketing
It will be considered an additional merit if you have knowledge in a second language.
