Site Manager

There is now an opportunity for you to join one of Europe's largest construction companies in building the new subway! We at Itinera are looking for a Site Manager for civil works to be part of building the Arenastaden - Södra Hagalund station. You will be part of production team with focus on earth works and play a significant role as a site manager in daily operations.

Currently, around 25 people work at the site, and the project is led by our project manager, Antonio Cavallaro. Antonio describes the team as follows:

Antonio is a well-established figure in the construction industry with years of leadership experience. One of his colleagues in the organization describes his leadership as modern and trust based.

Main responsibilities as Site Manager Civil Works

· Coordinate and plan all activities related to civil works (utilities, excavation, sheet piles, sewerage and water)

· Coordinate the earth works block with other works

· Focus on quality documentation, processing documentation for changes and variations (ÄTA)

· In charge of ensuring compliance with time plan, technical requirements, quality, safety, environment, and finances for civil works

· Collaborate with authorities

Qualifications

· At least 5 years of experience from similar projects and tasks

· Degree in civil engineering

· Good management, leadership, and communication skills.

· Comfortable in speaking English as business language. Meritorious to be fluent in Swedish.
