As part of this transformation, we have created a global organization (100+ people) to update our digital product lifecycle management, configuration, and supply chain capabilities to better fulfil our customer needs. OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts, and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval; sales companies, project workshops (E&S), manufacturing centers and distribution centers.And that’s why we need you, our next Deployment Specialist D365!
About the role
In the role you will participate in all phases related to the rollouts - mobilization, pre-study, and realization of Microsoft D365 F&O. You will be working tightly with a dedicated roll-out team for a product group together with local project members from the business on the receiving sites. In your job you will also have a close collaboration with Agile teams responsible for template and capability development.
Key responsibilities:
- Functional training of Key Users on the manufacturing units
- System configuration, test management
- Identify functional GAPs
- User Acceptance testing
- Support trainers with documentation and expertise
- Cut-over activities
- Communicate with stakeholders in line with overall decided structure, templates, engagement- and governance models.
We encourage job rotations so there are also possibilities over time to move between Agile development teams, rollouts and supporting our live sites. Our multiyear ERP roadmap has just started! The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
About you
To take on this role you need to have an open mindset and a passion for delivering value in a global context. You probably have working experience from a similar role with industrial experience within operations/Supply Chain, in a customer order-driven/manufacturing industry. Hands-on D365 experience is required, required in the rollout projects, possibly from a business analyst perspective, ERP functional consultant or a key/super user within plan/make/deliver/source or warehouse. You might have a background as an ERP developer and want to move closer to solution implementation.
You bring solid experience from the ERP functional field or rollouts in a global context.
- You have a broad knowledge of the ERP-domain
- 5+ years proven record of similar role within ERP, preferable D365 / AX 2012 on an enterprise scale
- In depth understanding of business processes within manufacturing
- Understanding interacting in cross business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills and fluent in English
- Curiosity to try new things to continuously find improvements
- Industry experience
- Project Management experience and/or Agile methods and tools is a plus
