The main task is to receive and take ownership for all support needs coming in through various support channels. You register, analyse, prioritise, assign and/or solve all in-coming cases during the agreed lead time according to the processes, rules and guidelines set by the company. You will monitor all open support cases and keep the end user informed about the solving process.
An important part of the job is to share knowledge with colleagues by using a common knowledge database.
This is a continuous position on full-time bases. Working hours may vary between 7-21, monday-friday and approximately every sixth weekend, and will start as soon as we find a suitable candidate. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant in Älmhult. We look at a long-term assignment.
Kunskaper för uppdraget
We are looking for someone who is capable of communicating both orally and written in Dutch and English. Customer service and problem solving is of great importance to you in your daily work. You are goal-driven and a teamplayer with great communication skills and you should be able to adapt easily with the various needs of the customer. As a person you are responsible, collaborative and solution oriented with the ability to make quick decisions. You are a team player who enjoys working in groups. Swedish is not a requirement if you can express yourself fluently in speech and writing in English
