Our client is an emerging international company that has an urgent need to improve how to work with Problem Solving as they are facing several exciting challenges. The challenges entails a large increase in volume of incidents and also more frequent and more integrated releases as they focus more on sales in the e-commerce channel. They are working with a systematic way to detect and analyse problems and eliminate root causes that reduce the inflow of incidents and increase the user satisfaction.

As a Lead SME you will work with the existing process and tool for Problem Management and take it to a new level! With tools such as the company's Balanced Score Card you will handle the numbers of KPI and other measurements to see how well the company manage to reduce the backlog of problems and ensure all parts of the organization.
Your responsibilities as a Lead SME will be to lead the Problem Manager network. You will maintain and develop the process, as well as support the organisation with expertise around Problem Management. You will train the organisation in Problem Management and in how to work with the process and the tool. You will define clear requirements and strong Business Cases for needed tool development. As a team player you, together with your Lead SME colleagues, will create a seamless integration between Problem Management, Knowledge Management and Incident Management processes as well as stay up to date with market insights and business development.

You will be employed as a Support Specialist within Support Improvements, and assigned the role Lead Process Subject Matter Expert Problem Management. Travel is required in your position, approximately 15-40 days per year.
Working hours can differ, but mainly 8-17 monday to friday. You will mainly be working from Helsingborg but there will occur some travels as stated above.

Kunskaper för uppdraget

You as a person have excellent leadership skills and a passion that can change the behavior and make everyone understand "what's in it for me" in working with Problem Management. You have senior experience working with management teams and getting proposal accepted. You have a proven track record of experience within Problem Management and a proven experience of driving improvements with Six Sigma methodology or equivalent. You have a university degree or similar in relevant area and are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
