Academic Work is recruiting an advisory requirements analysts within Content Management on behalf of Talent Base. Talent Base is a Finnish IT consulting company that recently established on the Swedish market. You will join a team of Talent Base consultants and be located in one of the company's end clients. Talent Base works with one of the largest IT projects in Scandinavia at a client, and you will be a part of a Content Management team where your role is to be responsible for requirements analysis in the projects.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Talent Base is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Talent Base. The intention from Talent Base is that they will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation.

Arbetsuppgifter

As an advisory requirements analysts within Content Management you will be responsible for setting up the job-specification and to find solutions for CMS functionalities and models. The program you will work with delivers a large scale web content management system and a platform in e-commerce with a responsive web interface, that includes dozens of countries and languages. You will be the bridge between the development team behind the online store and business management. In the role, it is important to have technical knowledge as well as high professionalism to best analyze and present solutions.

In your role you will, for example:
  • Act as a support and advisor to people working with content management internally for the end client
  • Have presentations and train coworkers on new systems and tools in Content Management
  • Make demands on system functionalities to the companies needs

We are looking for a person with the following profile, you have:
  • a post-graduate diploma in IT or other relevant field of education
  • about 5 years of experience in content management and strong technical understanding of the products within CMS
  • an understanding for both business and system functionality
  • experience in Agile methodology
  • experience and likes to have presentations
  • are fluent in English, in speech and writing since you will communicate in this language in your role
It is an advantage if you have an understanding of global CMS and have worked in a large company where you have participated in the process and have a good understanding of the business.

You contribute with a positive attitude and energy to the group and you are a good team player. Furthermore, you have a structured and methodological approach that allows you to maintain the quality of your work. To thrive in the role you are flexible and prestige less.
