LexEnergy is expanding and is now seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer who is passionate about driving innovation and developing sustainable solutions! As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will lead the hardware team and play a crucial role in the design process for the LexHub lab station, from the conceptual phase to the finished product. Your efforts will directly impact the availability and efficiency of fast charging for electric vehicles, promoting positive environmental change. At LexEnergy, you'll have the opportunity to be part of an inspiring and open environment that constantly strives to be at the forefront of innovation. The hardware team focuses on hardware design, testing, troubleshooting, verification, as well as system development and design. Furthermore, the team collaborates with various internal functions such as mechanical design, software development, and production.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing technical specifications
* Creating documentation for design and systems
* Having frequent contact with suppliers for activities such as evaluation, development, and product adjustments
This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, and you will be employed by LexEnergy. The position is full-time and is planned to start immediately or by agreement.

We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
* Has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Writes and speaks fluently in English and can manage Swedish
* Has a work permit in Sweden
* Holds a valid driver's license (B)
It is advantageous if you:
* Have experience working with high voltage
