We are continuously adapting our leading technology also for other market segments. We are now looking for an experienced international Sales Director to contribute to our growth as we provide our market leading technology to the automotive industry. You will have the global responsibility for driving the sales processes towards the automotive industry. You will manage the overall relationship with customers and partners world-wide to enable the use of FPC's touch fingerprint sensor technology for automotive applications. You will co-ordinate sales projects, qualify and follow-up customer engagements commercially, to ensure qualitative, competitive and profitable customer engagement.
The role includes developing strategies and plans for future growth within the automotive field. You will work closely with all departments of the Company. Our Head Quarter is situated in Gothenburg, Sweden, and this is our preferred location for this role. A placement in Malmö can also be possible. Frequent international travels to partners and customers will be required.
You have a relevant academic background (typically a Master of Engineering) together with at least ten years of successful experience from leading sales roles within an automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2. From your previous employments you bring strong, valuable relationships with key automotive executives. It is essential that you have a good technical understanding of embedded electronical systems and their quality requirements, as you will work closely with our R&D and Product Management teams.
The job requires that you are able to work independently and have the capability of driving multiple tasks simultaneously. You are commercially driven, efficient, well-structured and analytical.
