Sales & Pricing Controller
We are currently looking for a Sales & Pricing Controller to start at Mölnlycke Health Care for a 1 year assignment. In this position, you will actively participate in delivering profitability in an international and growing company. You will be based at the headquarters and be part of the Price Management Office within the Commercial Finance organization. You work in close collaboration with the Pricing Manager as well as with Sales Assistants and Analysts, Controllers and Customer Support Managers in the markets globally.
The Price Management Office focuses mainly on positioning and pricing of products, follow-up, analysis and reporting. Your main responsibility covers the process of pricing, including the steering and monitoring. The main tasks at hand will be implementation and roll-out, market by market, of the new way of working with pricing. You will also need to ensure that the price-setting and discounting follow the authorization rules.
The role requires a university degree and several years of relevant experience. Preferably, you have experience from a pricing project or follow-up of products. Also, you must have experience from using Excel - excellent command is a prerequisite for this position - as a tool for working with large sets of data and you need to be fluent in English. Experience of working with SAP, either SD or FICO is a must.
To be successful in this position it is crucial that you are analytical, have a holistic perspective on things and thrive in building and defining structure. Your areas of contacts require that you have excellent communicative skills and that you are comfortable in an international environment.
