Field Sales Associate/KAM - Scandinavia

The Field Sales Associate (FSA)/KAM will advance the growth of Protective Venting sales into the Electronic Enclosure market segment, primarily in the Scandinavian region. Working within our European EMEA Sales Organisation, is responsible for managing a number of targeted key accounts and accountable for developing and driving new businessopportunities and sales growth across the Connectivity Infrastructure, Lighting, Energy and other market segments, identifying new opportunities. Your role is to advance the growth of Protective Venting sales into the Electronic Enclosure market segment, primarily in the Scandinavian and Baltic regions. Key responsibility aspects of the role will be to build strong relationships with both external partners and internal colleagues, and to act as a key account manager and the role of EMEA Regional Market Segment Specialist for the our Connectivity Infrastructure telecoms, energy and diverse segment customers market segment (formerly known as Telecoms Wireless Infrastructure). This will involve working closely with sales colleagues across EMEA,coordinating and maximising business opportunities within the market segment through market analysis, customer awareness and consultative selling. Critical to success is the ability to build strong relationships with both external partners and internal colleagues. In your role you will drive sales and along with building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, provide consultative selling to technically-oriented customers and communicating with different buying stakeholders.

Your profile - Skills

Often working with our OEM customers, during their product design and development phase, providing consultative selling to technically-oriented individuals while communicating effectively with different buying stakeholders. Providing technical and quality support for new and existing customers, by working hand in hand with Application Engineers, and Product Specialists and Inside Sales within EMEA. Preferably experienced in selling components that are part of customer's electronic systems and a proven ability to understand and translate customer requirements into product needs. In addition to good business acumen, negotiation skills, and profound problem solving and influencing skills. Importantly possessing high energy level, self-motivation, and with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

Your capabilities
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of B2B component sales and a broad customer network
  • Technical background or education and understanding
  • Fluent in Swedish and English - written and spoken - other languages are beneficial
  • Can travel up to 50% of your time
