Commercial Design Assistant for the Design center at Berendsen Sourcing in Gothenburg

Would you like to be a member of an expansive company and get the opportunity to grow in your role? We are now looking for an additional team member who can manage and support communication and training material for our product concepts to our sales teams in the countries. The commercial design team currently consists of three persons.

The position
As a commercial design assistant you will be involved in developing tools and material for our product concepts:
  • Securing updated product knowledge in the organization
  • Maintenance and further development of online product catalogue
  • Producing customer relevant content from a product perspective
In co-operation with the designers, project leaders and technical team you will defining needs and producing documentation.There will be 5-10 travel days per year. You will report to the Commercial design and Product Manager.

Your profile
To succeed in this position you are skilled at managing and allocating your time so that deadlines can be kept. You can set the pace and enjoy a high tempo with many challenges. We are a small, competent department where we support each other. You will have contact with both customer and suppliers, you are communicative, a team player with administrative skills. You are familiar with state-of-the-art communication tools. If you have experience of similar work assignments and knowledge around visual tools, it is a plus, but you may also be a person with the potential for us to develop.

Requirements
University College Sales and Marketing, School of Textiles or equivalent. You must have verbal and writing skills in English, which is our corporate language. It is valuable with additional language skills and experience with e-learning platforms and Adobe CC programs. A driver's license is required.
